This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and exchanges are accepted.
1. Replacement & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day replacement or exchange window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
Customers may opt for:

A replacement of the same product (subject to availability); or

Store credit equivalent to the purchase value for future purchases on our website.
Important:
We do not offer monetary refunds. Once an order is placed, refunds in the form of cash, bank transfer, or original payment reversal are not applicable.
2. Conditions for Processing a Return or Exchange
To qualify:

The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

All original tags, packaging, labels, and invoice must be intact.

A complete unboxing video (from sealed package to full product display, without cuts or edits) is mandatory for damage, defect, or wrong item claims.
Requests without the required video proof for damage or incorrect product claims will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline any return if:

The product appears used or altered.

Required proof is not provided.

The request is raised after 7 days.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are not eligible:

Clearance, promotional, discounted, or “Final Sale” items.

Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.

Products returned in used, washed, damaged, or incomplete condition.
4. How to Initiate a Replacement or Exchange

Our team will respond within 48 business hours.
If approved, the item must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

If the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed.
5. Store Credit Policy

Store credit will be issued via email as a coupon code.

It will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned product.

Store credit is valid for future purchases only and cannot be converted into cash.
6. Additional Terms
Siomio Lifestyle reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice. The applicable policy will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.
All decisions regarding return eligibility are at the sole discretion of the Siomio Quality & Support Team and shall be final.
