At Siomio Lifestyle, we strive to ensure your order reaches you safely, promptly, and without hassle. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During high order volumes, promotional periods, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or phone.
Order confirmation does not guarantee dispatch. Orders may be subject to verification before processing.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable PIN codes may take additional time.

We partner with reliable third-party courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is available on prepaid orders above the minimum order value (as displayed at checkout).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or orders below the minimum value, a nominal shipping or COD handling fee may apply.

All applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email, along with courier partner details.

Customers can use the tracking ID to monitor shipment status directly through the courier’s tracking system.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
Siomio Lifestyle shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Refusal to accept the order
If an order is returned to us due to any of the above reasons, re-shipping will be arranged at an additional cost borne by the customer.
6. Undelivered, Lost, or Tampered Packages

If a shipment is marked as “Delivered” but has not been received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

For lost, damaged, or tampered packages, customers must inform us within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the matter. Resolution timelines depend on the courier’s internal investigation process.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Siomio Lifestyle ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
